Registration Reminder
If you haven't already please take advantage of this unique
opportunity to register for Forward 2004! National Green Convention.
It's more expensive the longer you wait so log on to

PDF you can download and send in if you feel uncomfortable with the
Internet format.

Dining Reminder
There are meal plans available as well so please log online and sign
up now. There is a PDF you can download and send in if you feel

Travel discount codes are available on the travel part of our 
website.



Tabling Deadline 
State Party Tabling deadline is May 10th. Fill out the form on the
site but please ignore all aspects of money as it does not pertain to
State Parties but please fill the rest of the form out.

Delegate Information
The application should be emailed to me John St. Denis, Co-chair of
CredCom saintdenis2@hotmail.com and Tyler Endsley, Clerk of CredCom
tyler@campusgreens.org, as well as a physical copy mailed to Tyler
Endsley 3212 Doniphan, St. Joseph, MO 64507. Please make a copy of 
the
materials for your records just in case.

NOTE: We must receive the email application by May 10th and the
physical copy must be postmarked by May 10th. Extensions can be
granted if your convention is held after May 10th or there are other
extenuating circumstances, but CredCom needs receive the extension
request ASAP and definitely by May 10th.
