This Saturday August 28th at 10:00am, State Senator Ron Tupa will be =
hosting a conference call for all registered Greens and concerned =
progressives to discuss Amendment 36. This is a ballot initiative that =
seeks to change how Colorado allocates its Electoral College votes. =
Instead of giving them all to the "winner", it wants to have them =
assigned proportional to the popular vote.
Dial up the number, and listen to a short presentation and then ask your =
questions of Senator Tupa. This is for you to get a chance to understand =
